Land Surveyor (Marine)

Stantec is currently looking to hire a Land Surveyor to support on projects associated with stormwater & drainage, flood alleviation, wastewater networks and water distribution networks. This will involve undertaking investigations, planning, designing, tendering, contract administration and construction monitoring.

Key accountabilities for this position include but are not limited to :

1. Technical Delivery

• Supervises / conducts field surveys as per project requirements and deliver in accordance with company / client requirements and guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to oversee and manage survey aspects of site construction activities.
• Provide support to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Perform duties in accordance with the companys highest quality expectations, health and safety policies and procedures.
• Liaise with other agencies (Consultants / Contractors) to coordinate the survey work.
• Prepare neat sketches to support the fieldwork.

Preserve all the survey information (field books, sketches & calculations).
