Key Responsibilities

• Lead core strategies for user acquisition and engagement via the platform’s Rewards Center to drive growth among new and existing users.
• Design and implement viral referral features to motivate users to recruit others and amplify acquisition.
• Build and scale Rewards Center products across Web, H5, and mobile app platforms, ensuring a cohesive, platform-wide experience.
• Design the full user journey and product experience for H5 traffic sources, optimizing conversion across the H5 platform.
• Architect standardized frameworks for the platform’s new listing (“newlisting”) product offerings.
