Job Description

Job Purpose :

Being a significant, producing part of the sales team focusing on Financial Institutions MEA , delivering agreed sales and revenue targets across the Global Markets along with identifying and cultivating cross-sell opportunities within the sectors and geographies prescribed to build long-term sustainable relationships aimed at firmly establishing FAB as the regional leader.

GMS – FI MEA main accountabilities and responsibilities :

• Enhancing cross-border execution, migration of best practice across all sales teams;
• Driving a result-oriented, transparent global performance culture;
• Development of leadership talent for the team and FAB as a whole.

Creating a dynamic, scalable, multi-jurisdictional, transparent performance culture always capable of being at the forefront of strategic and tactical initiatives and directives from EXCO.
