Employment Type : Full-time / Part-time (Remote – Global Applicants Welcome)

V4 Company is a leading international fashion partner, recognized for contemporary style and global presence. Operating across Europe, the US, and beyond, we combine creativity and innovation to deliver high-quality fashion solutions to millions of customers worldwide.

We are expanding our digital marketing operations and seeking talented Online Marketing Specialists to strengthen our paid media performance and accelerate growth in the EU & US fashion markets.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage & optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Implement SEO / SEM strategies to boost visibility & lead generation.
  • Track & analyze KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROI) and generate actionable insights.
  • Run A / B tests, remarketing, and funnel optimization.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and e-commerce teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO / SEM tools.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluent in English (other EU languages are a plus).
  • Independent, proactive, and comfortable in a remote setup.
  • Must have a Windows-based computer (for cloud system compatibility).

  • Full-time : $9,500+ per month (plus benefits & commission bonuses).
  • Payment : Monthly via PayPal, Payoneer, or International Bank Transfer (WISE / SWIFT).
