eCommerce & SEO Project Coordinator / Manager Assistant (WordPress) Petra Mechatronics

This job is for WordPress professionals that they can work & perform from day 1

Scope of work

• Assist the website and digital marketing project manager
• Register, distribute and monitor tasks of website development, SEO, SMO, and digital marketing with inhouse and remote coworkers
• Effectively communicate with Technical Support, Sr. Developers, and Designer for any improvement or matters
• Support the site (WordPress-Woocommerce) administration
• Support digital marketing tasks
• Support IT technical recruitment / HR

Qualifications

• 2 years experience related to the scope of work
• Pass s technical pre-employment test related to the scope of work and qualifications
• Good Awareness of the eCommerce (WooCommerce) site-building process
• Good Awareness of all types of SEO processes and techniques (on-page, off-page, and technical)
• Skilled & experienced in WordPress admin / CMS management
• Aware of SMO, SMM, SEM-PPC, GMB
• Must be : Fast self-learner, strong personality, highly disciplined, fluent in English, 100% physically fit
• Excellent online search skills
• Good effective business communication skills

Additional qualifications (advantage / plus points)

• Experience in e-commerce website creation
• Project / tasks management
• Skilled in Google Analytics, Search Console, Moz, SEMrush
• Hosting : Google Cloud, AWS Lightsail, CPanel
• Hand on experience in SEO and its tools
• Hand on experience in Digital Marketing and its tools
• Freelancers / 3rd Part service provider hires.
• Staff hiring, team-leading
• Scrum / Agile
• WorsPress devloping; front / back-end : HTML, CSS, JS, PHP
