Document Controller Job Location UAE Responsibilities Manage and control all company documents and records both electronic and physical copies Create and maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents Ensure that all documents are properly labeled and indexed for easy reference Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of documents Prepare and distribute documents to the relevant departments and stakeholders Preferred Candidate Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Document Controller With knowledge in EDMS ACONEX Excellent knowledge of document management systems and software Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills
