Senior Compliance Manager

Overview

Reporting into the Head of Compliance (UAE), we are looking for a Senior Compliance Manager & MLRO to lead our Abu Dhabi compliance function and ensure our FSRA-regulated entity operates to the highest regulatory and governance standards.

About the Role

This is a senior, FSRA-approved role. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of compliance, AML / CTF, and regulatory engagement for our Abu Dhabi operations. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact with the FSRA and ensure our frameworks meet global best practice and local regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the entity’s FSRA-registered Compliance & MLRO Officer.
• Own the Compliance Monitoring Programme and AML / CFT framework.
• Lead regulatory engagement, inspections, reporting, and licensing matters.
• Oversee onboarding, due diligence, transaction monitoring, and sanctions / PEP screening.
• Provide independent compliance advice to senior management and business lines.
• Maintain up-to-date policies, procedures, registers, and risk assessments.
• Deliver training and drive a culture of compliance across the firm.
