Today, we are recruiting for an Installation Supervisor to join our team in UAE . This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, testing, and commissioning of Siemens signaling, SCADA, and asset protection systems on the UAE–Oman Railway Project.
• Ensure technical compliance by validating equipment positioning, performing signal sighting assessments, and reviewing project documentation.
• Conduct regular safety briefings, monitor safety incidents, and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Update and maintain safety procedures throughout project phases, ensuring adherence to regulations and internal standards.
• Oversee mechanical and containment installations including cable trays, brackets, enclosures, and other supporting infrastructure.
• Manage and close punch list items in close coordination with consultants, customers, and the QA / QC team.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and contractor interfaces to deliver a safe, technically sound, and fully compliant railway system that supports long-term regional mobility goals.
