Responsibilities :

• Extensive knowledge and experience in cost and commercial management across all project stages, including pre-contract tendering and post-contract execution.
• Preferably, recent Middle East construction market experience within the last 5 years.
• Experience in delivery within KSA would be advantageous.
• Minimum of 15 years' post-qualification experience with a strong understanding of common law contracts, commercial, and fiduciary duties.
• Excellent English communication skills for drafting contracts, task orders, notices, and correspondence.
• Strong negotiation skills for contract agreements with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Experience working with government departments, clients, or contractors.
• Familiarity with financial control systems used in large companies and understanding internal governance procedures.
• Attention to detail in reviewing invoices and contracts prior to issuance.
