AVP - Business Automation Technologies (UAE National)

Aligning IT and Business strategy to ensure that Technology is seen as an enabler to fulfill Business Objectives. To lead the assigned projects to ensure timely completion of Project Initiatives / Tasks within the approved budget, meeting the strategic Technology Roadmap.

Responsibilities :

• Manage & own the overall Projects Portfolio related to platforms such as FinnOne, HFLMS, SharePoint, and Collections under the Business Automation Technologies vertical, ensuring resources are available and channeled to produce planned deliverables on time and within budget.
• Meet with project sponsors and stakeholders to discuss project-related topics and provide necessary suggestions & recommendations.
• Ensure all activities comply with IT Department and Bank policies & procedures.
• Provide support, guidance, and motivation to team members to achieve assigned projects.
• Review and provide regular Portfolio status reports to update management on current project initiatives and tasks.
• Provide audit input requirements, close all assigned audit observations, and submit closing evidence to the IT-QA or Audit team promptly.

Responsible for leading transformation and automation for the respective Business unit to support overall strategic transformation.
