Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled QA / QC Engineer – Structural Steel to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in bridge projects and a solid background in structural steel fabrication, erection, and inspection. A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the project’s Quality Management System in compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Review, interpret, and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and relevant standards for structural steel works.
• Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, fabricated steel structures, and on-site installations.
• Prepare and maintain QA / QC documentation, including inspection reports, test records, NCRs, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and third-party inspectors to ensure smooth quality control processes.
• Monitor welding, bolting, and coating activities to ensure adherence to applicable codes and standards.
• Ensure proper calibration of inspection and testing equipment.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams and subcontractors on quality-related matters.
• Participate in internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of findings.

Additional Information

A monthly salary of AED 7500 / - to 11500 / - depending on Experience and interview performance.

AED 750 / - Fuel Card will be provided.
