A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Legal Counsel for their Dubai office The main responsibilities will include but not limited to Provide accurate and timely counsel to executives on various legal topics and enforce due diligence Draft solidify and negotiate agreements contracts and other legal documents Participate in evaluating risk factors regarding business decisions and operations Manage and oversee litigation and dispute resolution matters Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues Translation of legal documents as may be required Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation Salary AED 25K
