We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to be based in Dubai.

Primary Tasks

• Full ownership of all HR operations, employee relations, and labor compliance within the country
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the local leadership team
• Align local HR practices with global HR policies, adapted to local legislation and workforce needs
• Lead the local HR team
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and workplace safety standards
• Manage employee relations and act as the first point of contact for managers and staff
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding in alignment with global HR processes
• Support managers in performance and people management
• Implement and adapt global / regional HR policies locally
• Administer compensation and benefits programs in line with market standards
• Liaise with finance, payroll, and external service providers as needed
• Promote an inclusive, performance-driven culture
• Provide HR data, insights, and reports to local and global stakeholders
• Support leadership development and local talent initiatives
