Head Of Procurement Job Location Dubai United Arab Emirates Job Details Bachelors degree in Engineering Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field is required A Masters degree and relevant professional certifications are preferred Minimum of 15 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the mining and metals industry Strong understanding of the value chain for various minerals and metals including exploration development construction production processing and closure Understanding of African markets with operational knowledge of import export laws taxation customs and vendor ecosystems Proficiency in supply chain software and tools as well as ERP systems Willingness to travel across project sites in Africa as needed Proficiency in French will be an added advantage
