Key Accountabilities Provides contractual support to the procurement team and business units to finalize agreements with selected suppliers and vendors including drafting contracts reviewing contracts managing contract novation and providing guidance based on the best practice Provides contractual support to the procurement team and business units during complex Frame Agreements Master Services Agreements Statements of Work Software License Agreements Service Provider Agreements negotiations Involved in the contractual process and engages with internal key stakeholders for the contract drafting and contract negotiations with customers and selected vendors Serves as the point of contact on contractual matters Acts as the contractual middleman between internal and external stakeholders ensuring timely review and approval reconciliation of potential variations Communicates and manages workflow of all contract stages and delivers periodic reports on the contract progress to the relevant decisionmaking bodies and key internal stakeholders Maintains contractual records renewal dates and documentations Developing and maintaining effective relationships with Legal Department Assists with reviewing and updating contractual templates provides advice to the relevant team members when required Able to project manage confidential assignments and work with the relevant teams in an agreed framework To coordinate with different EITC departments including but not limited to Legal and Finance however should be able to be proactive in the coordination Qualifications Minimum bachelor s degree in legal business MBA degree preferable Good Knowledge of the procurement and supply chain field Experience Minimum years of contract management experience in ICT services industry Indepth Knowledge of key commercial and legal elements and pricing structures of supplier s contracts Knowledge of contract management and a complete understanding of Corporate T s C s Skills Knowledge of Contracts and Corporate Terms and Conditions Good Knowledge of ERP system Oracle Good communication and negotiation skills Excellent verbal written English Good organization skills Analytical skills Numerical and problemsolving skills Project Management skills You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
