Contract Manager Job Location UAE Main Responsibilities Monitor and ensure compliance with construction and other related contracts advising the Project Manager as needed Prepare and handle contractual correspondence and legal documents related to project execution Ensure compliance with contractual obligations towards clients during project execution and report to the Project Manager Identify contractual and lawrelated matters and refer them to the Project Manager for assistance Refer any deviations from standard forms or contracts to the Project Manager Prepare specific contracts with Third Parties based on standard templates Review supplier subcontractor proposals and prepare responses from a contractual perspective Analyze and manage business conflicts between the company and clients or Third Parties Requirements Bachelors Degree in Engineering Quantity Surveying or Construction Law RICS Accredited A minimum of ten years experience including three years in a Contract Manager role for largescale projects Experience in Oil Gas projects Indepth contractual knowledge and full spectrum of contracts management experience Excellent command of English knowledge of Arabic beneficial Strong leadership and people management skills Active listening skills and ability to build rapport easily Resultdriven and decisive personality Prioritization and performance in a fastpaced environment Diplomatic in complex environments and matrix organizations
