HR Manager Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Develop and execute HR strategies in line with the companys overall business plan Lead the recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding new employees Manage employee relations address grievances and foster a positive work environment Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and identify development needs Oversee compensation and benefits administration ensuring competitive packages and compliance with regulations Manage HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee records Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations Provide HR advisory services to management Collaborate with department heads to achieve HR goals Qualifications and Experience Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field Indepth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Proficiency in HRIS systems Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
