HR Manager Job Location UAE Job Details Key Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Masters degree preferred Minimum 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role within the landscaping construction or design industry Proven experience in managing large teams and understanding projectdriven environments Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes Skills Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks Familiarity with construction landscaping industry practices and terminology is a plus Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail Proactive adaptable and capable of working under pressure High level of integrity and professionalism
