What we expect from you : Support & Coach : Help and work alongside the Account Managers to ensure that they achieve their monthly  targets Own Supply & Performance : Manage partner relationships, optimize supply utilization, and drive revenue growth Develop Winning Strategies : Work closely with leadership to align financial goals , optimize operations, and introduce data-driven improvements Be a Data Powerhouse : Use analytics, BI tools, and Excel to track, assess, and enhance performance Align with Key Teams : Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver excellence Shape the Future : Lead special projects like van branding, international hiring, and influencer bookings What we are looking for : 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or operations Nice to have team management experience alongside with driving revenue growth Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and data analytics —you love making decisions backed by numbers Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication & negotiation skills to manage internal and external stakeholders Experience in customer-facing, high-growth startups, or service industries is a plus PERKS OF BEING A PART of JUSTLIFE Nothing would replace the start-up spirit, working with an evolving culture and fulfilling workplace !
