Key Responsibilities :

  • Representing the company in a foreign country.
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify opportunities for new markets and customer segments.
  • Developing and implementing business strategies for the country.
  • Developing sales strategies and objectives aligned with overall company goals.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders and managing a team.
  • Preparing regular reports on business development and distribution activities.
  • Analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding labor, safety, and retail operations.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing store staff, including scheduling and management.

  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Business Administration Graduate in Sales, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience : Proven experience in business development, sales, retail distribution, and managerial work of at least 5 to 10 years in FMCG / Retail in Gulf countries.
  • Skills : Strong analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, knowledge of market trends and retail practices. Arabic speaking is an advantage.

  • Market Analysis : Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and analyze industry trends.

  • Sales and Revenue Generation : Develop and execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts.

  • Reporting and Analysis : Regularly report on activities, analyze performance metrics.
