Senior Sales Engineer– EIC Product Division
We are looking for a highly driven and technically sound Senior Sales Engineer to lead and grow our market presence across the UAE region (Dubai & Sharjah) for our Industrial Product Division. This role is central to expanding our customer base by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening channel partnerships, and delivering innovative solutions tailored to local industrial needs. You will work closely with OEMs, System Integrators, and Channel Partners to establish Trinity Touch as a market leader in electrical interface and control (EIC) products.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development :
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the UAE region with a strong focus on OEMs, Channel Partners, and System Integrators.
- Identify new business opportunities and segments in Dubai and Sharjah, especially in fast-growing industrial and infrastructure verticals.
- Drive product penetration in untapped and underdeveloped customer bases.
Channel Management & Customer Engagement :
Develop and manage productive, long-term relationships with Channel Partners, key accounts, and industry stakeholders.Conduct regular visits, training, and joint calls with partners to boost product awareness and engagement.Order Management & Collections :
Ensure seamless order processing in collaboration with the operations and logistics team.Monitor account receivables and ensure timely collection of payments and overdue accounts.Strategic Planning & Reporting :
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with regional goals.Track ongoing projects and customer activities, providing clear monthly reports (MIS) segmented by product lines and customer types.Cross-functional Collaboration :
Coordinate with product management, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.Support post-sales activities including warranty, service coordination, and feedback management.Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering. An MBA is an added advantage.Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the electrical & electronics industrial sector within the UAE.Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and proven experience in managing sales cycles in B2B environments.Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate customer needs into tailored solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and planning capabilities.Familiarity with Trinity Touch product lines or similar industrial / electrical products is preferred.UAE driving license is mandatory.Attractions | Trinity Touch International Sales Team
