Maintenance Head

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy for all factory equipment and facilities.
• Lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure timely and effective preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Evaluate and procure tools, equipment, and spare parts necessary for maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess equipment performance and identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with production and planning teams to align maintenance schedules with operational needs.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance metrics.
• Implement initiatives to reduce downtime, enhance efficiency, and extend the lifecycle of equipment.
• Provide training and mentorship to the maintenance team to develop their technical expertise.
