Responsible for complete employees files and documentations correspondence updating the HRIS administration followups travel arrangements exiting formalities end of service settlements Producing salary certificates controlling holidays medical leaves and attendance of every employee adjusting monthly wages accordingly Arranging visas work permit and other related documents for the employees with the coordination of PRO Conduct all employee appraisals with coordination of relevant depart managers Arrange insurance for all employees in a timely manner and coordinate with insurance for regular update Maintaining employees personnel filing passport visa copies insurance labor card leaves etc Arranging employee trainings and organizing company outdoor events arranging company accommodations Managing payroll process Any other task assigned by the Management Requirements Experience as an HR for at least 5 7 years preferred Elevators and Escalators field Experience with daily HR operations Experience in employee relations and managing their files and records Experience in the payroll process Handling of HR official letter formalities Experience in leave management Experience in employee benefits such as insurance tickets overtime etc Can prioritize plan and execute tasks Can join immediately or on short notice Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer proficiency MS Office Word Excel Outlook ERP SAP HRMS is an advantage Preferred Male candidates for company diversity targets
