Responsible in leading and overseeing all kitchen operations and ensure that the customer is satisfied in the food quality and work standards are always met in line with company policy Job Responsibilities Managing all activities in the kitchen including production stewarding and management of food production Overseeing the pass to ensure that all food leaving the kitchen is checked and prepared according to company standards Supervising all kitchen and staff members Coordinating activities times and communicates priorities to ensure correct preparation and delivery time Maintaining product consistency by conducting inspections of seasonings portions and food appearance and followingup appropriately Assures adherence to the preset standards of food quality preparation recipes and presentation Receiving and controlling all orders from suppliers both fresh and dry goods and ensure correct quality and parstock Overseeing inventory disbursement of all food supplies Monitoring and facilitating communication between kitchen production and service staff Ensuring readiness and compliance in case of last minute changes to reservations Organizing and conducts tasting sessions for the wait staff and for potential clients when the situation requires it Working as part of a team in a constructive manner that enables the company to achieve the objective of being a market leader in the restaurant sector in UAE What Were Looking For Experience in F B or a passion for customer service A positive attitude and teamwork spirit Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
