Farm Equipment Maintenance Supervisor - Royal Palace -1

Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated Farm Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair operations of farm equipment at the Royal Palace in Abu Dhabi. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all agricultural machinery and equipment are maintained to the highest standards to support the palace's sustainable farming operations. You will lead a skilled maintenance team and coordinate all maintenance tasks to ensure equipment availability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and repair activities of agricultural machinery and farm equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment lifespan and reduce downtime.
• Conduct inspections and assessments of equipment to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Troubleshoot problems and perform necessary repairs or facilitate external repairs when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with farm management to align maintenance strategies with operational goals.
