• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry best practices.
• Provide support and guidance to team members in negotiations deal with structuring and problemsolving.
