Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Listing Team Leader to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. As a listing Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the listing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property listing specialists.
• Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team and individuals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Analyze team and individual performance metrics regularly.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.
• Develop and implement effective property listing strategies to maximize market exposure and attract potential buyers or tenants.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the property listing process.
• Oversee the creation and optimization of property listings, including compelling property descriptions, high-quality photos, and virtual tours.
• Implement best practices for maximizing the visibility of listings on various platforms.
