Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-connected Assistant Concierge Manager to support the Concierge team in delivering personalized, world-class service. The role is central to creating exceptional guest journeys by offering insider knowledge, bespoke recommendations, and seamless arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily Concierge operations including guest inquiries, transportation, reservations, and special requests.
- Support the Concierge Manager in supervising, training, and motivating the Concierge and Bell teams.
- Handle VIP guests, ensuring tailored services and discreet solutions for unique needs.
- Provide curated recommendations and maintain strong relationships with local partners, restaurants, and service providers.
- Ensure accurate communication of guest preferences to relevant departments.
- Monitor service standards (Forbes / LQA) and ensure consistency in delivery.
- Assist in managing team schedules, reports, and departmental administration.
- Act as a point of contact for problem resolution when the Concierge Manager is unavailable.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years’ Concierge / Front Office experience in a luxury five-star hotel.Strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and cultural highlights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; multilingual abilities highly desirable.Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.Ability to remain calm, resourceful, and discreet under pressure.Member of Les Clefs d’Or (preferred but not mandatory).Seniority level
