Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Forex Account Manager , to drive client acquisition, manage client relationships, and promote our Forex trading solutions. The role requires strong sales skills, deep understanding of the Forex markets, and the ability to advise clients on trading strategies while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• New Client Acquisition : Proactively identify, target, and acquire new clients for Forex trading services.
• Account Management : Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
• Product Advisory : Advise clients on Forex products, trading platforms, and market opportunities tailored to their trading goals.
• Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling sales presentations and platform demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Risk Management Education : Educate clients on trading risks and assist in developing sound risk management strategies.
• Market Intelligence : Stay updated on global economic events, market trends, and currency fluctuations to provide timely market insights.
• Sales Performance : Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs; report on sales activities and performance regularly.
• Internal Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams (research, marketing, support, and compliance) to enhance client experience and service delivery.
