AG&P LNG is growing fast, and we’re looking for an HR & Talent Partner who is ready to roll up their sleeves and own the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process. This is a hands-on role in a startup environment — perfect for someone who thrives on building, multitasking, and making things happen.
While recruitment will be your main focus, you’ll also support day-to-day HR and light admin tasks to keep things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand roles and draft compelling job descriptions.
- Manage job postings across LinkedIn and other channels.
- Screen and filter CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Manage candidate communications and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Prepare and issue Job Offer Letters (JOLs) and coordinate onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR files.
- Support with general HR / admin tasks where needed (contracts, letters, reporting, etc.).
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of HR / recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to both agency and in-house.Strong grasp of end-to-end recruitment (from drafting JDs to onboarding).Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles at once.Proactive, hands-on, and willing to handle HR / admin tasks in a startup culture.Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic a plus).Experience in energy / infrastructure / engineering sectors is an advantage but not mandatory.What We Offer
