You will be responsible for managing the full lead lifecycle, ensuring seamless follow-ups by agents, maintaining data quality, and providing regular reports to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end lead cycle within the CRM system (follow-ups, stage tracking, and updates).
- Distribute incoming leads effectively to the appropriate agents and monitor response times.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the CEO.
- Conduct quality control and document control to ensure all client files and records are accurate and compliant.
- Ensure all documents are properly uploaded and organized within the CRM system.
- Monitor compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and internal policies.
- Provide CRM-related support and troubleshooting for the team.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Lead Distributor within a real estate brokerage.Strong understanding of lead distribution and lead tracking processes.Hands-on experience working with AmoCRM or Bitrix.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a highly active, fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to generate actionable performance reports and insights for senior management.Benefits
