The Distributor Channel Manager is responsible for managing and developing the company’s distributor network to achieve sales growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong commercial acumen, relationship management, and the ability to align distributor performance with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with distributor partners.
Set, monitor, and review distributor sales targets and KPIs.
Develop and execute the distributor channel strategy in line with company goals.
Deliver regular product, commercial, and compliance training to distributor teams.
Collaborate with distributors to plan and execute local marketing campaigns, trade shows, and product launches.
Coordinate demand forecasts with distributors to ensure product availability.
Ensure distributors adhere to contractual agreements, pricing policies, and regulatory requirements.
Provide regular performance reports, sales analysis, and market intelligence.
