Job Overview :
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, logistics, returns, and quality control. The role ensures efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high customer satisfaction while maintaining seamless communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operations Management : Oversee production, warehousing, and logistics to ensure timely product delivery and cost optimization.
- Inventory & Supply Chain : Manage inventory levels, stock control, returns, and supplier relationships.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to enhance performance and collaboration.
- Quality Control : Ensure product quality meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement : Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Health & Safety Compliance : Maintain safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Cross-Department Communication : Facilitate clear communication between operations and other departments to ensure smooth workflows and resolve potential conflicts.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience : Minimum of 3 years in operations management, preferably in manufacturing or the lighting industry.Skills : Strong leadership, problem-solving, and inventory management skills, with the ability to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
