Our restaurant brands have won awards and are trusted by locals, diplomats, and international guests alike. We are now hiring an experienced leader to join us as a Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager .

Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Salary : AED 5,000 – 12,000 / month (based on experience)

Visa assistance : Provided by the company

Medical insurance : Provided by the company

Accommodation & meals : Provided by the company

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
• Proven experience working with or managing outlets that serve Asian (Korean & Vietnamese) and Brazilian cuisines
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, wine pairing, and menu presentation
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
• Proficient in POS systems, reservations platforms, and basic administrative tools
• Degree / Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field preferred
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Korean, Portuguese, or Vietnamese is a plus)
• Presentable, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Culturally sensitive and passionate about food and service
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
