Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time position. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, data analysis, and a passion for achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
• Manage and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs like CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to reach the desired audience.
• Develop and test ad creatives to maximize engagement and CTR.
• Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
• Collaborate with marketing team members for cohesive strategy.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
