Our Client is a world leading Architecture and Planning design consultant with over 15 offices across the globe, housing over 500 design professionals.

The Responsibilities :

• Landscape design from pre-concept to preparation of tender documents and construction drawings;
• Site analysis;
• Space planning;
• Design development;
• Hand drawing & sketch design;
• Construction design detailing;
• Material selection & recommendation;
• Site supervision activities;
• Client presentation and communication;
• Liaising with authorities for project review and approvals;
• Coordination of project deliverables with design team (engineering, environment, architecture, transport as appropriate);
• Cost planning;
• Site supervision;
• Feasibility studies;
• Preparation of client proposals.
