Job Summary :

KN International is seeking a Landscape Architect to support the design and development of landscape projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape planning, design, and documentation , with the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces. This role requires collaboration with designers, engineers, and project teams to ensure high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs that align with project goals and client requirements.
• Assist in preparing site analysis, planting plans, hardscape layouts, and construction details .
• Create renderings, presentations, and visualizations to communicate design intent.
• Ensure that designs incorporate sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions .
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents .
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and urban planners to integrate landscape elements into larger projects.
• Assist in developing material selection and cost estimates for landscape components.
• Support in reviewing contractor submissions and ensuring compliance with design standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess progress and ensure design implementation.
• Address design modifications and site challenges , coordinating with project teams as needed.
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority guidelines, environmental regulations, and industry best practices .
