Director - Head of Digital Platforms

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic and annual operational plans aligned with the organisation's broader digital goals.
• Oversee and optimise day-to-day platform operations, ensuring stability, performance, and proactive issue mitigation across multi-enterprise systems.
• Advise on cost optimisation, vendor performance, and the adoption of innovative technologies to drive operational efficiency.
• 10-15+ years' experience in platform operations, enterprise IT, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Deep technical expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure), platform governance, and vendor management.
• Relevant certifications including ITIL, PMP / PRINCE2, AWS / Azure Solutions Architect, and TOGAF are highly desirable.
• Strategic thinker and strong communicator with proven leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
