Head of Operations in Jafza (m / f / d)

In this position you will be managing and implementing the production facility with automated, digitalized, high technology equipped production which produces in a highly efficient Lean oriented process. The production facility has two main areas, one is the coil mass production line, and the other one is for the classic Güntner Heat exchange product.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the Operational processes in coordination with the department leaders
• Develop the operational strategy in collaboration with Board and the department leaders
• Lead and support organizational, product, technology, and innovation projects
• Research the competition, at trade fairs and in other business areas of technology, automation, and digitalization to always be up to date
• Development of solution strategies or recommendations for action for optimal project implementation and efficient use of resources
• Monitor the internal lean projects and activities in collaboration with the Lean Managers
• Market analysis from competitor related to new technology and production processes
• Keep in touch with the current suppliers about their new development
• Participation in project tasks to increase cost optimization / competitiveness
• Close and early cooperation with internal partners from purchasing, sales, IT, service, etc. to increase cost optimization / competitiveness
• Cross-company organization and coordination of operative and strategic Operational tasks
• Continuous monitoring of new production technologies and processes
