• Job description : Design and execute operational strategies that align with business goals in the forex trading sector. Oversee all day-to-day operations, including trade execution, client account services, fund transfers, and platform performance. Ensure robust compliance with regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and transaction monitoring. Collaborate with technology teams to optimize trading infrastructure and back-office systems. Lead and mentor cross-functional operations teams, including compliance, client services, and risk. Build and maintain vendor relationships (e.g., liquidity providers, payment gateways). Continuously assess operational risks and implement mitigation strategies. Monitor and report KPIs, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation. Drive process improvement initiatives with a data-driven mindset.
