HR Executive

The HR Executive will support the Head of Talent Management in executing daily HR operations, ensuring smooth and effective implementation of core HR activities across the employee lifecycle. This role involves hands-on management of HR functions, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, PRO tasks, insurance, leave management, Emiratization records, and general HR operations. The HR Executive plays a critical role in ensuring compliance, providing administrative support, and maintaining an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Onboarding Support

• Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and managing documentation.
• Support onboarding activities, including preparation of offer letters, and gathering new hire documentation.
• Ensure all onboarding paperwork and processes are completed accurately and timely.
