Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive / HR Generalist to manage day-to-day human resources operations and support the organization’s workforce. The role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, performance management, and HR compliance to ensure a smooth and effective HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Facilitate smooth employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Foster positive workplace culture and coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and documentation in line with company policies.
- Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave records.
- Assist in implementing appraisal systems and monitoring employee performance.
- Coordinate with managers to support training and development initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of experience in HR operations / generalist role.Good knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management).Familiarity with UAE labor law (or relevant local laws).Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software / ERP systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
