Kaizen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Experience Manager to join our team. At Kaizen, we are committed to creating vibrant and sustainable communities that provide exceptional living experiences to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Community management, including financial management, maintenance, and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and owners association bylaws.
• Ensure service providers compliance with company SLAs and KPIs.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow and optimize the buildings under management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Drive initiatives related to sustainability, environmental stewardship, and technology integration.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, vendors, and authorities.
• Regularly assess the performance and efficiency of building operations.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal developments.
