Job Opening : Site HSE Manager – Abu Dhabi (PMC EPC Project)

We are seeking an experienced Site HSE Manager for a major PMC EPC project based in Abu Dhabi.

Required Experience :

• 12 to 15 years of relevant HSE experience in construction, fabrication, installation, or commissioning projects within the oil & gas or petrochemical sectors.
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior HSE leadership role, managing a team of HSE professionals.
• At least 5 years in a specialized HSE function.
• Must hold NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification (as per ADNOC Group standards).
• Additional HSE certifications (subject to ADNOC approval) are mandatory.
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 or equivalent.
• Proficient in incident investigation methodologies.
• Additional HSE training or certifications will be considered an asset.
• Prior experience on ADNOC EPC Mega Projects is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering is essential.
