We are seeking a highly qualified Consultant in Intensive Care Medicine with expertise in liver and kidney transplantation to join our distinguished medical team in Dubai . The ideal candidate will be UK CCT certified and possess extensive experience in managing critically ill transplant patients, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team in the management of liver and kidney transplant patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, anesthetists, and nephrologists, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide expert guidance on preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative intensive care management.
• Ensure compliance with international best practices and regulatory requirements in ICU operations.
• Contribute to medical research and continuous professional development within the organization.
• Participate in training and mentorship programs for junior doctors and medical staff.
