Concept Design Architect - Architecture / Design Studio

Job Summary

Client is seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Concept Design Architect with 6–8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of computational design, AI-driven tools, and parametric workflows, and be capable of delivering projects from early concept through to final presentation and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design process and presentations using advanced digital tools.
• Develop iterative, responsive parametric models using Rhino + Grasshopper.
• Apply AI and generative design tools to optimize massing, layouts, and design schemes.
• Create high-quality 3D renders, visual narratives, and animations using 3ds Max, Rhino, V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion.
• Manage and coordinate BIM models using Revit across all design stages.
• Integrate data-driven analysis for environmental and site-based insights (sun path, views, wind, etc.).
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, sustainability, and other internal and external teams.
• Prepare design documentation packages for internal and client reviews.
• Participate in conceptual pitches, competitions, and feasibility studies.
