Job Purpose :

To develop, manage, and implement ethics and compliance policies and procedures, and to lead the delivery of ethics and compliance programs across assigned corporate or business functions. This role ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, promotes ethical operations, and supports the identification and mitigation of ethics and compliance risks across the organization.

Key Accountabilities :

Ethics and Compliance Policies and Procedures

• Conduct research into local and international legal and regulatory developments to ensure the compliance framework remains current.
• Review and align internal policies and procedures with applicable laws and regulations.
• Establish systems for policy development, review, approval, and updates.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to ethics and compliance policies across the organization.
