This senior leadership role is key to driving business growth and market expansion, overseeing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic customer partnerships across multiple territories including Turkey and the wider Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a regional sales team with a customer-first approach.
• Take full ownership of annual sales targets, budgets, and performance plans.
• Strengthen market presence through proactive territory management and strategic growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales agents and partners across key geographical locations.
• Drive pipeline development, customer engagement, and sales conversion across all product lines.
• Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and client quotations in line with business processes.
• Build senior-level relationships with key customers and partners.
• Monitor market activity, competitor trends, and identify growth opportunities.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on development, accountability, and results.
• Ensure alignment with internal policies, governance, and compliance standards.
