- Client Acquisition : Proactively identify and target potential clients in the influencer marketing space, including brands and marketing agencies. Develop and execute strategies to establish fruitful partnerships and secure new business opportunities.
- Sales and Revenue Generation : Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our influencer marketing platform to potential clients. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Negotiation and Contract Management : Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and finalize contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with clients. Manage the end-to-end process of securing partnerships, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers, brands, and agencies. Foster long-term partnerships to enhance our position in the market.
- Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the influencer marketing space. Use market research to identify opportunities and threats, informing strategic decision-making.
- Travel : Be prepared for periodic travel within KSA and potentially internationally, as required. This includes attending industry events, meeting with clients, and participating in conferences, workshops, and networking events to represent the company.
- Reporting and Analytics : Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to the executive team. Utilize analytics to refine strategies and enhance the effectiveness of sales efforts.

Minimum 3 years proven track record in business development and sales, particularly in digital marketing or influencer marketingIn-depth knowledge of the KSA market, business culture, and influencer landscape.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Apply Now!
