Sales Intern

الوصف الوظيفيAssist the sales team in achieving monthly targets by providing administrative support and coordinating sales activities Handle customer inquiries via phone email and in person providing timely and accurate information Prepare and send out quotations to clients following up on leads to support conversion rates Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of sales marketing and eventrelated tasks Develop and maintain organized filing systems for sales records and reports Prepare function sheets and coordinate preconference and postevent activities Conduct regular walkthroughs and site inspections to maintain familiarity with hotel facilities and operational standards Assist in creating and updating sales support materials for the sales team Monitor and report on sales activities preparing regular reports for management Ensure adherence to company policies laws and regulations in all salesrelated activities
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Outstanding relationship building and people skills.
- Good mathematical skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Fluent in English additional language skills an advantage.
